Tan has twenty years of experience in retail development consultancy, centre management and marketing communications. During her career, she has helped develop more than twelve retail establishments in both Malaysia and Australia and leased more than five million square feet of retail space. Her primary role in TheLOT is leading the Marketing Communication & Leasing team. She brings with her expertise and innovation in the conceptualisation of retail centres.
