Carmay holds a degree in finance and banking and has five years of experience in sales and marketing. She is responsible for retail leasing and conceptualisation and in her five years with TheLOT has shown an aptitude for finding creative ways to accommodate retailers requirements, focusing on signing those retailers who can provide long term benefits for a centre.
